On June 10, Professor Víctor López presented a new study from the observatory in his inaugural address to the Academy (AOSR).
In this study, we adopt a multidimensional and subjective concept of quality of life to explain, through a regression model, the happiness of Romanian citizens, shaped by the well-being or quality of life derived from their work, family situation, income level, and aspects of their place of residence, among other factors. The study is supported by the model specified and estimated for Spanish society (López et al. 2021).
We hope to soon publish the work with interesting results in quality of life measurement.
